Governance and Leadership

The Board of Directors at Christy's Champs is composed of dedicated professionals, advocates, and community leaders who are profoundly committed to supporting survivors of domestic violence. Our leadership team provides strategic direction, oversees our financial stewardship, and ensures that our direct aid programs continually meet the highest standards of operational excellence and transparency. Each board member brings a wealth of expertise from diverse fields including law, public health, social services, and executive leadership, uniting to advance our critical mission.

We believe that effective governance is the foundation of impactful charitable work. Our board rigorously evaluates our programs—gas cards, emergency laptops, housing deposits, and Start Over Bins—to maximize the tangible benefits delivered to those in crisis. They are instrumental in forging strategic partnerships and cultivating resources that empower survivors to safely navigate the challenging path to recovery and long-term independence.

Transparency and ethical management are paramount to our organization. The board works closely with our executive team to maintain complete accountability to our donors, partners, and the communities we serve. By upholding strict oversight and championing an environment of trust, the Christy's Champs Board of Directors ensures that every dollar contributed is purposefully directed toward eradicating domestic abuse and uplifting survivors across the nation.
