Our Stated Cost Policy: In accordance with forward-looking operational planning, approximately 70% of every dollar received (70 cents) goes directly into survivor relief programs—including emergency gas transportation cards, transitional shelter stays, and rapid rehousing start-over packages—with 30% allocated to essential administrative governance, financial accounting, and regulatory compliance.
Disbursement Controls: Aid distributions are verified directly against partner shelter referrals and survivor caseworkers to ensure zero commercial profit-sharing and zero conflict of interest. We are committed to publishing our annual Form 990 filings and audited ledger records transparently upon conclusion of each fiscal accounting cycle.
